Music Therapy for Mental Health Support

Music Therapy is one way to support mental health care.

Music therapy is not a music class and it is not about performing well.

You don't have to be musical.

It is a therapeutic process that uses music and the relationship between therapist and person to support health and change.

In mental health care, it is used to support intrapersonal needs such as understanding feeling and building self-awareness and interpersonal needs such as trust, communication and connection with others
